Return & Refund Policy

At Decoriva Arts, we want you to love your artwork. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Custom or made-to-order artwork may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Damaged items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
